Version 3.1c has fixed a bunch of BUGs and added many remarkable new features~
Fixed some BUGs within D2SE and NOOB versions to make them more reliable.

Fixed some description texts that might cause confusion.
UI Modification
- Main Menu would show you there's no Battle.net and NOT recommended for Multiplayer.

- Endgame picture changed to pre-expansion version.

Character & Skill Modifications
Overall
Greatly Improved the IQs of Minions using 'ShadowMaster','ShadowMasterNoInit' and 'ShadowWarrior' AI, now they're more aggressive, lower chance to get lost, and much lower chance to retreat when surrounded by 6 or more enemies, such minions including Necro Skeleton, Clay Golem, Spirit Wolf, Assassin Shadows, and many newly added ones.

You can't use Scythes for 'Combo Swing' anymore.
Necromancer
Summon Spells
Raise Skeleton Mage: Exploding missiles would deal 2 damages to direct hit targets, one single hit, one explosive.
Barbarian
Fixed a BUG that causing Left Hand Throw has no damage when using Javelins.
Druid
Raven: Fixed a BUG that causing its damage overpowered.
Assassin
Traps
Blade Fury: Improved synchronization of the smallest shards, but lowered their IQ.
Blade Shield: Can cast in Towns just like vanilla.
Shadow Disciplines
Shadow Warrior: Bypassed a vanilla bug that its passive skills unable to activate, that would greatly increased elemental charge-up skills' damage, More likely to cast skills. After level 40, would get ethereal weapons instead of unique armors or trinkets.
Shadow Master: Skill levels no longer cap at 24, which means she would deal more damage in higher level.
Martial Arts
Fists of Fire: 3rd Charge Meteor's base damage increased back to be same as vanilla Pheonix Strike Meteor.
Other Skills
Staff Charged Armoring Skills Except Cyclone Armor: Changed to self-synergize instead of fully synergized, just like physical combat ones.
Monster Modifications
Overall
Monsters Resists readjusted, which means when enhanced by MonUMods, if not reached immune, would cap at 95 instead of 99.
Specific Monster Modifications
Scarab Series: Reasonably reduced their Pack Size.
Newly Added Monster Classes
- Mad Druid Shapeshifters: Champion or Unique versions would have a chance to drop 'Aldur' or 'Flowkrad' Set Items in Nightmare and Hell Difficulties.
- Demon Skeletons: Melee attack can deal double hit as it should be.
Super Unique Monsters
Some Quest-Related ones had their max HP reasonably lower.
Act 5
Bonesaw Breaker: Spells damage type turned to Magic, ignore common creatures' resist, but lower their damage value.
Nihlathak: Greatly improved his AI script to make him more aggressive, and gave Knockback feature to his 'Arctic Blast'.
Boss Modifications
- Act Bosses' Nodrop rate increased, but except Duriel.
- Act Bosses can drop ALL items besides specific ones.
- Duriel's level decreased to 87.
Item Modifications
Sack System
A Highlight since version 3.1c. Now you can Stack Perfect Gems and Runes!

You can Deposit/Withdraw matched items with Sacks in the Cube, they could be purchased from Gheed in Act 1, Elzix in Act 2, Alkor in Act3 and Anya in Act5.
Deposit: 1 Sack + 1-14 matched items = the Sack with more quantity count as many as you input;
Withdraw: 1 Sack with items in it = 1 piece of matched items + the Sack with -1 quantity count.
A Sack could contain 127 items in maximum, no need to worry about quantity overflow when depositing, the extra ones would be filled into another Sack.
Magic Affix Modifications
- Staff Charged Skill suffixes are more frequently to spawn.
- Staff Charged 'Enchant' can be spawned but using vanilla logic.
- Fixed a BUG that Staff Charged 'Nova' is the Sorceress version instead of a Fully Synergized one.
- 'Of Ages' suffix can't be spawn anymore.
Unique Item Modifications
Summary
Increased some powerful item's dropping level to 88.
Vanilla Unique Daggers
The Diggler: Added 300-500% Damage and Attack Ratings vs Female creatures, what you acquired before update must be Refreshed with 'Token of Uniques' to get this change.
Vanilla Unique Scepters
The Fetid Sprinkler: Fixed a BUG that the poison length of 'Fetid Water' being too long, now it's back to 10 sec as it should be.
Vanilla Unique Polearms
Grim's Burning Dead: Skeleton Mages' splash damage missiles can only inherit extra fire damage of 'Necro Burn' for their direct hit, not the explosions anymore.
Vanilla Unique Shields
Medusa's Gaze: Partially Petrified Monsters now only slowed 50%.
New Unique Wands
The Black Tower Key: 2 Sockets added, what you acquired before this update must be refreshed with 'Token of Uniques'.
New Unique Bows
Triad's Foliage: For balancing, damage bonus per character level decreased, what you acquired before this update would be unavailable, must be refreshed with 'Token of Uniques'.
New Unique Torso Armors
Ashrera's Wired Frame: Fixed a BUG that causing Melee Iron Wolf's 'Dragon Flight' has no damage.
New Unique Charms
Immunity Breaker: Fixed a BUG that causing their functions messed up when co-working with other Resist Lowering Skills.
Set Item Modifications
Vanilla Universal Sets
Cow King's Leathers
Spiritual Cows can fight normally now and no longer need taunting targets, but damage reasonably lower.
Rune Words Modifications
D2R Rune Words
- Authority: 'Hel, Shael, Ral' on 3 Socket Torso Armors, 2% Chance to Cast level 2 'Psychic Ward' on Get Hit, 10% Chance to Cast level 15 'Miasma Chain' on Strike, +1 to Random Class Skill, 40-60% Damage, along with Stats on Runes.
Miasma Chain: Almost same as D2R but much shorter, a Chain link you to target location and deals damage to enemies, Fully Synergized.
Psychic Ward: Almost same as D2R, absorbs Physical damage and stuns melee attackers, Self-synergy.

- Void: ' Thul, Zod, Ist' on 3 Socket Daggers, +2 to All Skills, 40% FCR, 10-15% Magic Skill Damage, 8-12 All Stats, 35 Staff-Charged level 4 'Decrepify', +1 to 'Abyss', along with Stats on Runes.
Abyss: Almost same as D2R but can only attract Non-Champion monsters, damage scaling with character level, for balancing, cooldown is 10 sec.

Splitting Larger Gems
1 Larger Gem = 3 Lesser Gems
New Superior, Unique or Set Item Refreshing Formulas
Unique or Set Refreshing: If the input item is ethereal, the refreshed one would also be ethereal, and you won't have a random ethereal chance anymore.
Dropping, Area and NPC Modifications
Droppings
As Larger Gems could split, High level Areas won't drop Lesser Gems.
Area and NPC
Rearranged monster class spawn in some Act 5 Red Portal areas.
