Ice Bolt: No longer increase MP cost by level.
All armoring skills no longer synergy each other, the value of bonus merged to their own leveling, also, they could be casted when shapeshifting.
Frozen Armor: More useful since no difficulty penalty for freezing effects.
Shiver Armor: Greatly enhanced damage and cold length, I mean, really greatly.
Chilling Armor: The damage of bolt released increased to be same as fully synergized ‘Ice Bolt’.
Frost Nova: Extra cold length increased by character level, NHD lower to 1F.
Frozen Orb: Every hit would trigger a TRUE ice bolt nova, up to 5 hits, increased movement speed to get a longer range. Cooldown removed but uses slower cast rate, same as ‘Lightning’ or ‘Chain Lightning’.
