8. Set Amulet + 4 Charms = 1 Magic Jewel with All Resist Prefix, 1 Magic Jewel with Damage Percent Prefix, 1 Magic Jewel with IAS Suffix
9. Set Quiver + 4 Charms = 1 Rare Amulet with All Resist Prefix, 2 Rare Rings with All Resist Prefix

All output items’ level would be same as Character, no Unique Charms allowed.
