Since my LoD version is 1.14d, the ‘bin’ files it generated would be slightly different from 1.13c or other versions, which might cause some compatibility issues, this mod would be fully txt, so I recommend installing it like this:
- Copy ‘data’ folder of MOD_TDE along with ‘basemod.dll’ and ‘basemod.ini’ to your game folder or PlugY folder depends on how you installed PlugY.
- Open ‘plugy.ini’, find ‘[LAUNCHING]’ section and set ‘-direct -txt’ in ‘Param=’
- Find ‘[GENERAL]’ section in ‘plugy.ini’, set ‘ActivePlugin=’ to 1, and set ‘DllToLoad=’ or ‘DllToLoad2=’ to ‘basemod.dll’ depends on your behaviors.
- Find ‘[UberQuest]’ section and set ‘ActiveUberQuest=’ to ‘0’. As we would need ‘Custom Red Portal’ function of BaseMod, conflicted PlugY options should be disabled. But, if you are bold enough, it could be turned on so you can fight double Uber Bosses and acquire 2 Hellfire Torches in one raid~
- If you are using PlugY’s extra stat pages, please replace its ‘statsinterface.txt’ with the one I offered in ‘PlugY_UI’ folder, it offers quite detailed stat lists by replacing ‘Breakpoint’ pages which are useless for my mod.
- If you are using PlugY 14.00 or later versions, please replace its ‘LocalizedStrings.ini’ with the one I offered in ‘PlugY_UI’ folder, highly recommended for ‘Chinese Aomeisoft’ users. As for English or Chinese Traditional users, this modified file is only useful with ‘/page6’ Rune Word list panel display.
Of course, you can install it in any other way as you wish, such like using BaseMod as your primary launcher, etc.
